    Mr MPS Bakshi was a man of substance who cannot be described in a few words. Infact his vision and action put into practice speaks volumes about him. He was known for his strict disciplinarianism, systematic work process and finishing things to the end. His greatest asset was his multitasking ability which he exhibited with great confidence. He was known for honing skills of fellow beings and getting best of every situation and each individual. To him only success was defined, failures had no meaning but just a part of the journey or a stepping stone in our efforts towards reaching our goal. No doubt that he has been a great asset to Bakson family and has contributed immensely in streamlining functions as well as providing a rising growth rate besides giving it a facelift through multitude endeavors because of vast corporate experience.

    Mr MPS Bakshi, son of Late DR. K. S. Bakshi, was born on 14th August, 1941. He was graduate in Economics with corporate training from IIM Ahmedabad. He was a Marketing Professional with a rich experience of Marketing, Operations & Aviation at Indian Oil for 37 years. He retired as GM Aviation and thereafter he joined Bakson in 2006 after his superannuation at a young age of 62 years.

    Mr Bakshi, fine tuned market ethics by inculcating discipline and clear communication at ground level reaching out to every single MR. His personal involvement in monitoring all market activities, figures of growth/degrowth, trend analysis of all new launches and progress of existing ones helped him frame policies for BAKSON which has been instrumental in giving bakson a face lift and wider consumer acceptability

    He envisioned expansion of Bakson by structuring a parallel premises at roorkee and contributed towards mechanization and automation of work procedures for the best quality product along with his brother, founder of Bakson, Dr SPS Bakshi.

    Mr Bakshi was instrumental in envisioning better quality products, improved packaging and even medical content to reach out to the end user who could benefit from the goodness of Homoeopathy. He even worked towards digitalizing functions at factory level and making transactions paperless as far as possible. He always believed in novice developments, consumer friendly pricing without compromising on quality and increasing the reach to even remote areas. Bakson penetrated even far reaching villages under his able guidance where he took pains to reach out to distributors on a personal level. Bakson has grown strongly and carved a niche for itself under the leadership of Bakshi brothers over last decade.

    His gracious presence will always be missed……
