The patient is despondent and irritable. There is a thick, tenacious, sickening secretion in the mouth. Pain and soreness in the region of the liver and the stools are light colored. Pains under the shoulder blades and in the back of the neck. Dull, heavy aching in temples and forehead on waking in the morning. Persistent sleeplessness. Creeping sensation in skin as of insects.
